Who is this trip for?

Adventurous yogis who are happy to walk to most destinations during the day. We will be doing a few walking tours and most of our dining will be within a few blocks of our apartment.

We will be staying in a very safe area of town and our home owners are a short distance away if we need them for anything.

To give you an idea on location, our home is within 2-8 blocks from the best restaurants in Roma Norte.

Nestled in a serene and central location, the home offers a relaxing escape from the bustling city while still being conveniently close to all amenities. The surrounding architecture adds to the allure of the area, providing a picturesque backdrop for our stay.

Rates below include a $350 non-refundable deposit per person:

Each person will also send Singer $250 to start out the trip for their group meals “tab” so that we can avoid splitting checks.

Itinerary

Slight changes will occur due to yoga class schedules and dinner reservation availability

Day 1

5pm Arrive at our Apartment. Ubers are the safest and easiest way to travel to and from the airport if you are arriving solo or we can reserve a driver for you (around $35). Singer will coordinate private group transport from the airport to apartment.

Early evening shopping on our walk to dinner - Dinner Reservation around 7pm depending on group arrival times.

Day 2

Morning yoga with Singer. Traditional Breakfast at our home. 11am Walking Tour: introduction to the city including lunch. Free time 2pm-4pm Shopping, Art Gallery, or Siesta (free time). 6:30pm Dinner Reservation.

Day 3

Morning yoga with Singer. Traditional Breakfast at our home. 12-4pm Roma Food Tour. 4:30pm-6:30pm Free time/Siesta/Yoga Class. 7pm Dinner Reservation

Day 4 - Free Day

Morning yoga with Singer. Walk to a different neighborhood for breakfast. FREE DAY. Perfect chance to relax at a local cafe, do some shopping or visit museums.

Chance to book a massage nearby in the morning or afternoon: Nima Urban Spa

7pm Final Dinner together

Day 5 - Departure

Yoga this morning & Traditional Breakfast at our home, depending on flights. If not today, then 4th yoga class on arrival day or two classes on “free day”*

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to hold your spot, and is included in the total cost per person. The $350 deposit is non-refundable even if the trip is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen reasons (including travel bans, safety, weather, global health concerns). If for any reason a trip is canceled, you will however be able to transfer your $350 deposit to a future trip with the AOYS within 1 year (*only one transfer can be made. Once a deposit or any money is moved to a new trip you are recommitting to that specific trip and dates and it will not be transferable).

If trip is less than 90 days away, full payment is required at sign-up.

INSTALLMENTS TO PAY OFF THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL START 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID, and in a max of 2 installments. 

For Payment Plans: Your final payment installment must be received 90 Days before this trip begins, and all payments after this date are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation on your part, 75% of your entire payment will be refunded less the $350 non-refundable deposit and a $50 processing fee, only if the cancellation is made 90 days before the scheduled dates for this trip. Payments are non-refundable after this date. We recommend all participants purchase travel insurance just in case.

ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE SENT A HEALTH AND LIABILITY WAIVER TO SIGN ONLINE BEFORE THE DATES OF THIS JOURNEY.

We request all participants purchase Travel Insurance.

THE ART OF YOGA SCHOOL requests that each trip member to purchase individual travel insurance for this trip. We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy. You should purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage. We recommend you purchase insurance within 1-2 weeks after making your first trip payment (ie. flight or retreat reservation) to secure the best price and best coverage.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND IMMUNIZATIONS

It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas and other travel documents unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunizations. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.

This is a NON smoking trip: Smoking is not allowed inside of the lodging rooms or public areas (dining, etc). You must be 21 years or older to attend solo. Under 21 is allowed if accompanied by a parent* Please inquire if under 21.
