The Art of Yoga School®️ was established in 2016 in Austin, Texas. Since its formation, AOYS has hosted over 40 retreats and adventures in various locations worldwide, and we are thrilled to have hosted our in-person 200 & 300 Yoga Teacher Trainings and small classes at our private studio in Central Austin over the last few years.

Our 300‑Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is designed for certified teachers who want to expand their expertise, refine their teaching skills, and grow their personal practice. This program builds on the foundation of a 200‑hour training and focuses on the real‑world tools, professional development, and advanced teaching techniques that create confident and effective instructors.
Through advanced study in asana, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, and teaching methodology, you’ll gain the insight and experience needed to lead diverse students with precision and confidence.
