The Art of Yoga School

300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training

14 Month Program - Begins Spring 2026

Deepen Your Practice. Awaken Your Teaching. Expand Your Awareness.

Our 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is designed for certified yoga teachers ready to refine their personal practice, deepen their understanding of yogic science, and evolve their teaching into a true art. This advanced curriculum bridges ancient wisdom and modern insight, guiding you toward mastery, authenticity, and soul-centered leadership.

Transform Your Own Practice

This training offers weekly guided practices, immersive workshops, and open Q&A sessions designed to propel your practice beyond form. Through safe, exploratory sessions, you’ll learn to listen to your Higher Self—developing a harmonized relationship between body, mind, and spirit. You’ll expand your practice into a tool for self-realization and personal balance.

Learn the Art of Creative Sequencing

Evolve your teaching with advanced sequencing principles rooted in biomechanics, intelligent progression, and intuition. You’ll learn to craft transformative group and private sessions that meet students where they are—understanding how to adapt, refine, and improvise fluidly in response to energy, ability, and intention.

Hone Your “Seeing” Skills

Step into the subtle art of observation and energetic awareness. Develop the ability to “see” your students—not only their physical forms, but also the energetic and emotional layers within. You’ll cultivate empathetic perception, learning to guide students in ways that support their whole being.

Know Your Anatomy & Energetic Body

At The Art of Yoga School, we believe that advanced teaching requires deep anatomical wisdom. You’ll explore functional anatomy and physiology through a yogic lens—understanding how asana, pranayama, and energetic alignment influence both physical health and subtle energetics. Learn to skillfully apply alignment principles for students of varied body types, injuries, and life stages, while expanding your awareness of the chakra and pranic systems.

Discover Your Inner Teacher

At this stage of your journey, you’ll refine your voice as a guide—developing clarity, confidence, and compassion. Through non-judgmental communication, self-inquiry, and teaching practicums, you’ll learn how to hold sacred space for transformation, while fostering safety, inclusivity, and empowerment in your classes.

Singer is a en E-RYT500 Teacher and Registered as a Continuing Education Provider.

As a musician and artist, I love to create inspiring yoga experiences for my students. Always paying attention to the details, I find value in “curating” everything from my music playlists, to incorporating the use of essential oils & smudging to help even out the energy in my classes. The practice of yoga has brought balance to my life, nurturing my body, mind and soul. My practice helps me to live in a state of calm and consistency, even during times when my life seems utterly chaotic. Through my classes, I hope to share many valuable moments of calmness and clarity, encouraging balance in all of my students lives.
