We prepare all of our simple, delicious and fresh meals in our on-site kitchen. Cocina Verdad grows fresh greens and herbs which we use daily. We also utilize our local farmer’s market for produce, and get all of our seafood right from our shores as well as fresh eggs and homemade yogurt from local suppliers.
Meals are served in our indoor dining area overlooking the ocean, or poolside.
Fresh fruit and juices, and Nicaraguan coffee is available all day.
Before this retreat begins we will send out a survey to ask each guest if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies. Our chef at Verdad will be able to tailor a menu for the week that will please everyone!
Vegan, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Pescatarian options are definitely possible.
