DAILY SCHEDULE for Santa Fe 3 Night Trip


  • 8:10am Flights land at ABQ Airport, head to baggage claim

  • 8:30am Singer picks up ladies from the airport

  • 9am-10am Drive to Sunrise Springs Spa & Resort

    • Bring a snack for the drive*

  • 10am Check in to Sunrise Springs. Grab our robes and head to the Repose Pools to soak, take a nap in hammocks or head straight to breakfast at the Blue Heron Restaurant. Lunch starts at 12pm if you want to wait for lunch. Eat at your leisure.

  • 10am-3:30pm Soak & Relax at Sunrise Springs. Option to book treatments starting no earlier than 11am, ending by 3:00pm.

  • 3:30pm Meet in Spa Lobby of Sunrise Springs, Drive into town

  • 4:00pm Dessert before Dinner: Quick shopping stop at Kakawa Chocolates

  • 4:45pm Drive to Iconik Coffee Roasters for Early Dinner @ 5:00pm (6:00pm Austin time*) - Included in retreat cost: One meal up to $10 value + one drink (wine/beer/smoothie) covered by Singer

  • 6pm Drive about 15 min to Retreat House from Dinner Spot

  • 7:30pm-8:30pm Nighttime Restorative Yoga with Singer

  • 9:30pm Quiet Time/Bed


  • 6-7:45am Early Risers Breakfast at House (self serve)

  • 8:00-9:30am Yoga at House (Flow & Restore)

  • 9:45am Meet at van outside house if doing the Chamisa Trail Group Hike

  • 9:45-12pm Morning Hike at nearby trail 10 min drive away (or free time)

  • 12:30pm Meet at van at Retreat House (pick up those who stayed at house)

  • Drive to Ten Thousand Waves Japanese Spa & Check-In or LUNCH

  • 1:00-6:00pm Free Personal Relaxing & SPA TREATMENTS Time. EAT LUNCH AT YOUR LEISURE

    • Singer recommends giving yourself 1 hour to spend soaking in the women’s communal tub and using the dry sauna and cold plunge before your first treatment of the day. Try scheduling your treatments to take place between 3pm-6pm (no earlier than 2pm)

    • 6:00-6:30pm Shower, get dressed for dinner

  • 6:45pm meet outside of Izanami for our 7pm Dinner Reservation*

  • 7:00pm DINNER at Izanami

  • 8:45pm (the latest) Head back to house after dinner. Sleep.


  • 6am-8:00am Breakfast at House & Free Time. Pack items for spa and clothes for dinner (we will head straight from Ojo to our dinner spot later in the evening)

  • 8:30am-10:00am Flow & Restorative Yoga (at house)

  • 10:30am Meet at Cars

  • 10:45am-12pm Drive to Ojo Caliente

  • 12:30-5:30pm: Free Personal Relaxing Time. Optional hike nearby or head straight to the mineral pools to soak! LUNCH at your leisure at the restaurant. Book your Spa Treatments, Spend time in the steam & eucalyptus rooms (bring your leftovers from lunch - The spa allows food and drinks into the main area)

  • 5:45pm Meet OUTSIDE of OJO RESTAURANT AREA* to drive back to Santa Fe for dinner

  • 6pm-7:15 Drive to Santa Fe for Dinner (towards Santa Fe)

  • 7:15pm GROUP DINNER at Paper Dosa

  • 9pm Head back to house. Free Time. Pack your bags. Sleep.


  • 6-6:40am Early Risers Breakfast at House

  • 6:45am Meet outside at Van if you want to join in on short hike*

  • 7am-8:30am Morning Hike nearby

  • 8:30-9am Second Breakfast/Free Time, Pack Bags

  • 9:00am-10am Restorative Yoga at Retreat House (possibly 45 min)

  • 11am Check out of House & Drive to Lunch

  • 11:30pm-1:30pm Lunch at Opuntia

  • 1:30pm-3:00pm Group will decide - we may save this time to walk around the downtown historic area if everyone is up for it.

  • 3:00pm-4:00pm Drive back to ABQ Airport (arrive by 4:15pm to drop off rental car) with Singer in our group van for flights that depart around 6:30pm or later. (Singer's flight departs at 7pm).
